In order to lead the way Premiere Asset Services (PAS) is collaborating with municipalities and non-profit organizations using the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. As a continued sign of this partnership, PAS has adopted the following mandatory waiting period prior to considering an offer: Calendar Days 1-7: No offers will be considered for the first seven (7) calendar days that a home is listed. We want REO's to have exposure to the market and potential buyers. The date the property is listed is counted as Day 1. Calendar Days 8-12: We will consider offers on the property ONLY from NSP buyers, municipalities, non-profit organizations and buyers who purchase a property as a primary residence. Calendar Days 13+: We will consider offers from all buyers.
